Is Africa Players Market free to use?
Yes. Browsing the marketplace, joining the waitlist, and contacting our team costs nothing. We haven't launched yet, so no payments, subscriptions or transaction fees are live on the platform today — any pricing for scouts and clubs will be announced alongside the full launch.
When does the platform launch?
Africa Players Market is currently in a pre-launch phase. The live countdown on our homepage tracks the time remaining until the marketplace opens to the public in December 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you the moment we go live.
How is my data protected?
We take a minimal approach to data ahead of launch — this site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. How do I get scouted?
Join our waitlist as a Player — tell us who you are and we'll notify you the moment the marketplace opens. Once live, player profiles on the marketplace are visible to scouts and clubs, who can reach out through the contact tools on the platform.
Do I need to be a professional to join?
No. The waitlist is open to any player who wants to be discovered, regardless of current level. Eligibility and verification requirements for full player profiles will be published before launch.
For Scouts & Clubs
How do I access verified prospect data?
The full marketplace lists every prospect currently on the platform, ranked by scouting rating, with analytics and scout notes on each profile. During this pre-launch period, the profiles shown are illustrative previews of the product — join the waitlist as a Scout or Club/Academy to be notified when live, verified data goes live.
Can I contact players directly?
Contact runs through the scouting rep managing each player's profile rather than the player directly — open any profile, use the contact option to send your message, and the rep will follow up by email.
